Use of this platform constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform. You may always inquire further for any clarification, subject to availability and your choice of agreement or disengagement.
Reselling Restriction
You may not resell, sublicense, white label, or otherwise commercially exploit this platform or any of its features to any third party without explicit written permission directly from My Crazy Agency LLC with authorized signature. No team members or affiliates are authorized to grant or sign this permission on behalf of My Crazy Agency LLC. Violation of this restriction may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to a 3-day refund policy from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 3 days. No exceptions.
Voice Notes
Voice notes are stored indefinitely until deleted by the administrator. Voice cloning is restricted to your own voice or explicitly consented voice with signed written consent on file.
Demo Access
Demo access is read-only, time-limited, watermarked, and fully logged.
Biometric Data
Use of this platform constitutes agreement to biometric data handling disclosure. Voice recordings may constitute biometric data under applicable state laws (IL, TX, WA).
